Ok so i lied i did go back today on 11/02/2017 was having an emergency lol my son tried to cut his own hair and wanted to have it fixed quick and early so he could go to school rob roy had customers so i figued i could get it done fast at great clips got to the shop at 10 past nine and it wasnt even open. So now I'll definitely never go back at that point rob roy called and said they could fit him in... Rob Roy to the rescuse again. After i got him off to school had to go to market basket got there around tenish and great clips still wasn't open. They definitely need to think about getting new management and friendlier staff!!!
Horrible sevice seemed like my kids were an inconvenience and they had better things to do. Not impressive service had to have it fixed at Rob Roy. Will never go back!
I brought my son in for a hair cut. And after telling the girl how I wanted his hair done. She did it quickly and perfect, exactly what I wanted.. I definitely go back and recommend great clips..
Very fast and efficient service! My wife and I have both gone here and have had excellent experiences with their stylists. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is professional and helpful.
My son's haircut is ALWAYS choppy and uneven. Not worth the money. The only good thing is the staff is a least friendly.
The hairdressers here are friendly and normally do a pretty good job. Sometimes the wait is a bit much, but you can check in online and at least do your waiting at home and arrive on time for your haircut.
