John said no worries we'll get you a loaner fridge. I asked how long it would take and he said they would be here in 10 minutes. I'm still amazed.
Called S&S for a broken dryer, they had service tech John out in a couple days. He was great and really knew his stuff. Within an hour it was all fixed and ready to go. The cost was really reasonable too!!
