Great place all around! Friendly and helpful staff abound here. Even my fellow patrons are friendly and helpful. There is a large variety of activities available and the equipment is very well maintained. All around a great time and great place to come and burn off some energy.
This is our go to place for family fitness in the area. They have many classes for children and adults to choose from. The staff is great and the instructors are pleasant and accepting of all levels of fitness without being annoyingly fake. They are always offering ways to modify exercises to make it harder or easier without signaling anyone out. My kids have a great time playing sports there or taking swimming lessons and have felt comfortable branching out to try new sports there.
This ymca I've been to and haven't used the pool yet but they allow free showers with pass just gotta ask for them and the staff are very helpful and understanding. They have a weight room full basket ball court snack bar.
Great place for a quick workout. Also, excellent swim instructors and coaches for the team. Offer a monthly family fun night for a reasonable price.
