Gross food not made right
I always enjoy the food from Zedas,
and salads. Everything is great.
Food Is great Only If you pick it up. Had so many problems with deliveries. Always late and cold and even had many issues with all the pizza toppings being slide over off the pizza in the box. And when called to complain we were offered a credit(slip) for next time. When we ordered and picked up the cashier said they have no slip for us and when asked to speak to the Manager they said I don't know where he is. After insisting that the cashier do more than look over her shoulder to find the manager for me to talk too she finally went to get him after about 5 minutes of explaining that I called the previous week and spoke with HIM about the pizza being delivered late and messed up he reluctantly gave me the pizza for free. Service is terrible. Every time we try them again we are disappointed. I will never order from them again. It is disappointing as the food is good. But I will not support a company that does not care about serving there customers.

Althought they have messed up the food and delivery service could be a little better, i sometimes get AMAZING food and service. I still would like to support a local business, when I order pizza I rotate between other pizza places to show them that I support them and others. A family to support or bills need to be paid, they could be friends or family and they are in our community. As for the bad service, you never know what's going on, maybe the customer before you was rude because that customer was having a bad day. I am in retail, a little more professional then a pizzeria but either way I understand that they should be professional in a place of employment, but pizzerias, or locally owned businesses, could also be a tad more lenient. That's all I have to say, hope you agree, if you do or don't it won't change my opinion. I support local businesses!
